Bench Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner/Wood Machinist to join our team at Total Joinery Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality joinery products, including fitted and freestanding furniture, sash and casement windows, doors, reception desks, and screens.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture joinery products to the highest standards, using a range of woodworking machinery.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of woodworking machinery and techniques.
- Contribute to the development of new products and processes.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in bench joinery and woodworking machinery.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A competitive hourly rate of £15.00-£20.00, negotiable based on experience.
- A full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- The opportunity to work with a small to medium-sized bespoke joinery company with a strong reputation in the commercial industry.
