Job Description

The Job Mission

As a Technical Leader in Digital Systems Engineering, you will play a key role in leading our Digital Systems Engineering team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining and managing Assystem's Digital Systems Engineering roadmap
  2. Contributing to R&D activities on topics such as MBSE, AI, and Systems Engineering
  3. Providing methodological support to Assystem projects in the application of systems engineering tools and methods
  4. Creating and implementing the Group's Systems Engineering referential
  5. Promoting SE methodologies within Assystem and internationally

The position requires occasional travel to France and other locations abroad.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

5 years' higher education (engineering school) with experience in managing complex, regulated projects (e.g., nuclear, defence, rail, or water)

Mastery of systems engineering principles (ISO 15288), requirements, interface, and configuration management, and familiarity with associated tools (PLM/Enovia, MBSE/Capella, Reqtify)

Previous experience in team management or technical leadership

Experience or exposure to manufacturing and design systems such as Catia, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, Aveva, Tekla, or Bentley Suite

Autonomy, ability to work with ambiguity, proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, analytical skills, and ability to teach and implement change management activities

Fluency in written and spoken English
