Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for incoming queries relating to software, hardware, and networking remotely and on-site.
  • Record all communication and update our ticketing system to ensure all tickets are fully up-to-date with relevant notes.

  • Respond to all tickets and incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Pick up and manage your own ticket/workload.

Requirements
  • Must hold a full UK driving license, as the role is field-based.
  • Basic understanding of technology/business technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good customer service skills.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £14,000 - £17,000 per annum DOE.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
  • 20 days a year holiday plus 8 bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 2 years' service).
  • Membership in the company health insurance scheme after 2 years' service.
  • Company pension.
  • Study materials and exams provided.
  • Opportunity for salary increase to £17,000 - £20,000 per annum after 6 months.
