Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator

At Greenhill, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver this vision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating personalised lifestyle programmes that meet the unique needs of each resident, incorporating the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate weekly plans and activities for residents
- Identify individual requirements of residents and develop tailored programmes
- Work closely with care teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology)
- Experience in healthcare or social care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
