Familiarity with a dynamic engineering-based store environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Operational Leadership

You will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the store, ensuring a productive and effective operational environment. In your leadership capacity, you will inspire and guide staff to perform at their best and meet our operational goals.

Effective Communication

Strong communication skills are essential as you will provide and receive constructive feedback. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any issues or complaints that may arise.

Staffing and Training

You will take charge of staffing, onboarding, and training new hires. It is crucial to ensure that employees are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary, ensuring that resources are readily available.

Policy Implementation and Reporting

Your responsibilities will include developing and enforcing store policies, maintaining accurate records, and managing logs such as inventory records. You will also establish and uphold workplace policies related to employee conduct and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations

- Control inventory levels effectively

- Develop and implement store management services

- Prepare and follow up on quotes as needed

- Collaborate with the team to manage stock according to requirements
