About the Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educational Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As an Educational Assistant, you will be responsible for providing academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream secondary school setting.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning goals.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), tracking student progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with students, teachers and other stakeholders.
