The Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Multi to join our team. As a Plumber Multi, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance to social housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with minimal supervision. You will take ownership of your work, aiming for a 'First Time Fix' on all jobs, while remaining within budget and time parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance to social housing properties
  • Ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard with minimal supervision

  • Remain within budget and time parameters
  • Operate within company Health and Safety guidelines
  • Stay up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas

Requirements

  • NVQ/qualifications in relation to relevant trade (Plumbing) as per Fortem's minimum qualifications
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Social housing experience (desirable)
