About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Complex Care Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with sensory loss and learning disabilities who display challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
