About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Sustainability Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our health and safety strategies across our UK and Ireland operations.


Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across our Colwick and Leicester sites.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to align with legal obligations and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a Health and Safety Management role within waste, recycling, or mass production/manufacturing industries.
  • EBOSH qualification is essential, with a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 audits.

This is a full-time permanent role with a salary range of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits including a competitive holiday allowance, company pension scheme, enhanced family friendly policies, Employee Assistance Program, Lifestyle & Leisure Discounts, Employee Life Insurance, Bike2Work scheme, and free on-site parking.
