We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical projects across the UK water sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical installation and refurbishment works on existing water company sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work collaboratively with clients, site managers, and project teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement electrical installation plans, ensuring compliance with BS7671 requirements and client-specific standards.
- Supervise and manage installation teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and testing to identify and resolve electrical system issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate project documentation, including electrical installation reports and testing certificates.
- 5+ years' experience in electrical installation, testing, and supervision, preferably in the UK water sector.
- Fully qualified electrical fitter (NVQ level 3 or equivalent).
- 18th Edition and 2391 Test and Inspection certifications desirable.
- Strong communication, team working, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team, supervise others, and provide clear instruction and direction.
- Excellent health and safety knowledge and application.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive 'can-do' attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Full, clean driving license.
- SSSTS trained.
