Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Chester, working on break-fix and preventative maintenance projects for leading retail organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for EPOS systems, IT equipment, and other electronic devices.
  • Identify and resolve basic issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Background in break-fix engineering, preferably with experience in EPOS, IT, or similar fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive day rate of £134.46 per day via an Umbrella company.
  • Overtime rates of £22.41 per hour (Monday-Saturday) and £27.95 per hour (Sunday).
  • A van, fuel card, smartphone, laptop, and on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.
Shift Pattern:
  • 5 days from 7, with a standard day between 8am-6pm, including travel time and a 1-hour break.
  • No restriction on the number of sites per day.
  • Consistency of work, with 5 days per week, Monday-Sunday (including weekends).
  • On-call requirements, with additional payment for on-call duties.
