Compensation: Our Area Sales Manager role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Role Overview: This exciting opportunity involves developing and managing sales of our entire product range to new and existing clients, influencing product innovation through client and market input, and identifying and targeting new product markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, gross profit, and market share targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to drive business growth and success.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving top and bottom-line growth.
  • Develop commercial & technical strategy for all major tenders and project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • An Engineering Degree is preferred, but open to relevant qualifications.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Ability to enthusiastically demonstrate persuasion, using good inter-personal skills.
  • Meets and exceeds expectations, driven by personal success, proving high professional and personal values.
  • Able to contribute ideas and solutions that add value to the business.
