HSE Specialist

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

The HSE Advisor plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems within the Score Group. This position ensures compliance with applicable regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.

• Provide expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct thorough site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain safe systems of work, including risk assessments and procedures.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulators to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Internal auditor qualification and experience in hands-on operations/site-based HSE roles.
• Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices.
