About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Assessor to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates, a leading provider of sustainable mechanical, electrical, and engineering design solutions for the UK construction industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality energy assessments, reports, and statements for our clients. Your expertise in TAS software and experience in the construction industry will be invaluable in delivering our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing building models and load schedules for plant selections
  • Creating SBEM's and EPC's
  • Conducting energy surveys
  • Preparing energy statements for planning
  • Developing BREEAM reports

Our ideal candidate will have a non-domestic energy assessor qualification, experience in the construction industry, and a clean driving license. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sustainable engineering, we encourage you to apply.
