Key Member of iQ Student Accommodation's Support Team

The Revenue Performance Lead plays a pivotal role in our support team, overseeing Pricing and Yield activities to optimize room pricing and configuration. This involves managing the acquisition funnel for Direct Let rooms, ensuring optimal prices and configurations.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish initial prices and coordinate room configurations
  • Suggest and manage price changes
  • Collaborate with Operations and Asset Management teams to define competitor sets
  • Evaluate pricing versus local competition and demand
  • Provide pricing information to Partnerships team for university nomination deals
  • Maintain and distribute weekly reporting
  • Work with BI team to develop reporting capabilities and identify areas of improvement
  • Verify monthly Revenue submissions and quarterly Debt analyses
  • Identify Summer bed night availability and revenue forecast
  • Line management responsibility for the Revenue Management Analyst
Requirements:
  • A high degree of numeracy and comfort working with large data sets
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written communication abilities
  • A Science/Maths-based degree or substantial and relevant numbers-focused experience in full-time employment
