Restaurant Supervisor Role

We're seeking a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, inspiring our teams to deliver exceptional service, and contributing to our business success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate our restaurant teams to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  3. Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational aspects to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  4. Collaborate with our culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  5. Contribute to menu development and implementation, ensuring alignment with our brand values and customer preferences.
  6. Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a branded or independent environment.
  2. Passion for authentic fresh food and exceptional service.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
