Trainee Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Property Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also assisting with the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements and acceptable standards
  • Process new tenancy applications and prepare initial paperwork
  • Coordinate move-in day procedures for tenancies
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle
  • Coordinate maintenance of properties, including liaising with contractors
  • Book routine visits for properties
  • Handle end-of-tenancy procedures, including deposit deductions
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to negotiate challenges and problem-solve
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities
  • Capacity to cope well under pressure
  • Temperament to work well as part of a team
Package:

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on property management skills and experience

Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with Saturdays available as overtime
