At Gascoigne-Pees, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential sales team in Horsham. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations to maximize sales opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve successful sales outcomes
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
