About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Customer Assistants in our Letterkenny, Retail Park store. As a key member of our team, you will provide an excellent customer experience, working closely with colleagues to ensure our store is always presentable and welcoming.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with queries and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and convenient.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently on our tills, maintaining high standards of cash handling and security procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Provide a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
