Job Title: Stores Audit Controller

Location: Flexible working arrangements available.

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate perpetual inventory audits and warehousing audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain and report on temperature, humidity, and stores equipment across all warehouses.
  • Manage and control the process of invoice payments for Logistics.
  • Dispose of stock, including chemicals out of shelf life, in accordance with company policies.
  • Undertake all duties in accordance with the SHE policy.
  • Interface with other team leaders to provide a seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Competent with the use of SAP warehouse management (WM).
  • Experience or understanding of perpetual audits and resolving issues in SAP.
  • Understanding of general logistics warehousing.
  • Providing accurate and detailed information for internal and external audits.
  • Experience of working at heights.

This role is part of a small team of 8, and the successful candidate will have a one-to-one relationship with their customers and will interact with them on a daily basis.
