Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in our client SEND Schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with SEND.
  • Assist in the effective implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans for children.
  • Support behaviour management within the classroom and throughout the school.
  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
