Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 7 in a warehouse setting. The primary objective is to ensure peak efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by supervising, organizing, and training employees.
* Develop and implement systems to improve product handling, storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory management.
* Oversee daily activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and deliveries.
* Schedule and manage the warehouse team to maximize efficiency and meet KPIs.
* Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing H&S standards and procedures.

Requirements:
* Three or more years of experience in warehouse management (Goods-In & Goods-Out)
* Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
* Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
* Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
* Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
* Proficient computer skills
* Track record of implementing lean practices
* Responsibility for managing budgets and meeting KPIs.

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
* 20 days annual leave plus public holidays
