Job Overview

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position that will be based in London, with hybrid working arrangements allowing for 2 office days per week.

As a Product Owner within our Digital Mobile team, you will take responsibility for managing selected digital propositions and changes for the AA. Your focus will be on delivering digital experiences that drive a strong customer experience while achieving positive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and assess business/development requests, producing user stories and acceptance criteria with the help of the scrum team.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing and Customer Success teams to understand customer responses to online journeys, including usability testing, onsite feedback, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Define KPIs and actively measure performance – both quantitative and qualitative.
Requirements

You will need a deep understanding of digital product management and development, preferably with mobile apps. Experience in successfully delivering changes to digital customer journeys, with a strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities and issues, is also essential.

A complete understanding of the Product Owner role within an Agile Scrum setting, including user-centric design and business process management, is required. You must be able to work under pressure and at pace, with a good understanding of digital tools and technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of JIRA / Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Digital Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, is necessary.
