Electrical Engineer - Medical Device Expert

Cure Talent is partnering with a leading medical device company to find a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their R&D team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and documenting electrical systems for complex electromechanical medical machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead system and subsystem-level designs, applying engineering principles and techniques to bring innovative new products to market.
  • Work across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to validation, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Manage multiple projects, including report generation, and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • Develop and implement Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and serviceability strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create requirements and test procedures for electrical systems and printed circuit board assemblies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of system-level experience.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership experience in managing schedules, resources, and project teams.
  • Familiarity with medical electrical standards and regulated industry design control processes.
