Payroll Manager

ProTalent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of payroll administrators and ensuring the smooth operation of multiple payrolls for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to clients.
- Lead a team of payroll administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets performance and production targets.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring the payroll process runs efficiently and effectively.
- Calculate and deduct correct amounts of pay, including deductions, overtime, SSP, bonuses, pension contributions, income tax, and national insurance.
- Run multiple payrolls across varying frequencies, inputting related data into payroll software and completing payroll reports for record-keeping purposes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in time-sheet and payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate HMRC notifications and ensure all payroll-related tasks are completed to a high standard.
