About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Classroom Mentor to support students in a specialist school for 11-16-year-olds. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver adapted curriculum content and maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students in various subjects.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and supportive classroom culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, previous experience working with children with SEMH needs, and excellent communication skills.
