Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Risk Management Lead to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will involve managing key quality and risk projects, supervising a team of QRM Associates, and providing leadership and technical support as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the performance of the associate team through effective use of the performance management system, including establishing clear, measurable objectives, ongoing feedback, periodic reviews, and fair and unbiased evaluations.
- Lead key projects and change initiatives in the QRM Team, working closely with the Senior Manager and Partners.
- Manage the firm's Quality and Risk Management helpline, ensuring requests for advice and support are triaged, assigned, and tracked to a successful resolution.
- Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in implementing processes for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating significant risks.
- Business thinking: ability to understand the firm's business strategy and goals, developing solutions aligned with these.
- Regulatory and risk management knowledge: good experience and knowledge of regulations and regulatory environment for an accountancy firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties.
- Ability to build relationships across the firm, gain confidence of colleagues and partners, and collaborate to produce viable solutions.

What We Offer- An estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
