Levitate Recruitment, experts in Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves managing cases of various sizes and complexity, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs, and Bankruptcies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Insolvency Practitioner, you will oversee case delivery from pre-appointment through progression and closure.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including Directors, Shareholders, Creditors, Accountants, Solicitors, and Agents.
  • Understand commercial aspects of insolvent companies and provide regular progress reports to the manager.
  • Prepare documents for board, shareholder, and creditors' meetings, as well as consent procedures.
  • Attend creditors' meetings and manage asset valuation and realisation.
  • Provide recommendations for sign-off by the Insolvency Practitioner and train junior staff.
  • Closely monitor job work-in-progress and costs to budget.
  • Close cases, including preparation of final reports and accounts, and statutory filing with the Registrar.

This role offers the opportunity to assist with marketing activities and participate in ongoing internal training, as well as support for external qualifications. Requirements include at least 4 years' experience in corporate insolvency within the UK, CPI qualification advantageous, and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
