We are seeking an experienced Head of SEN to lead our SEN department at The People Ninjas in Northamptonshire.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators, supporting students with a range of special educational needs.

About our client:

The People Ninjas is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, committed to providing high-quality education and training to students across the UK.

As Head of SEN, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for students with SEN, working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to achieve this goal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Leading training and professional development sessions for staff to improve their knowledge and skills in supporting students with SEN.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to secure additional resources and support for students.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
