We are seeking a skilled Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team at Hodfin. As an Industrial Coatings Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to a new spec standard. Your work will be varied and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fluid workshop environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in minor repair, such as stone chips, scratches, and small dents, through to new high-spec finishes. You will be working on various types of vehicles, including cars, commercial vehicles, forklifts, and plant equipment. Experience working with power tools is advantageous.

As an Industrial Coatings Specialist at Hodfin, you can expect a competitive salary of £34,000 (OTE) per year, along with 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and additional leave. We also offer a £200 gym subsidy, full training, pension contribution, and specialist tools provided.
