Job Description:
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEND to facilitate their academic and personal growth
  • Contribute to creating a safe and respectful learning environment that promotes social inclusion
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a school setting
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
  3. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and the demands of the role

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum
