Program Overview

The Boeing Returnship Program is a 12-week salaried fixed-term contract designed for individuals looking to relaunch their professional journey after an extended STEM career break or absence from the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform line maintenance tasks and anti-deterioration maintenance tasks on the Apache AH-64E or Poseidon MRA MK1 depending on location
  • Work alongside other technicians, requiring strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the aviation maintenance environment through work or training
  • Technical or vocational qualification equivalent to UK NQF Level 3 or higher in a subject relevant to aviation maintenance

Security Clearance
