Role Overview

We are looking for an Asset Performance Leader to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our asset management team, you will play a critical role in the successful operation and management of our assets.

About the Role
  • The Asset Performance Leader will be responsible for leading the centre team to meet challenging financial growth targets and provide effective and efficient management of all operational requirements.
  • You will work closely with our asset managers and leasing agents to develop and implement strategies to enhance centre performance and drive business growth.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of presentation, and implementing initiatives to improve centre productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the centre team to meet challenging financial growth targets and provide effective and efficient management of all operational requirements.
  • Implement the annual Business Plan, working closely with the asset team to deliver all objectives, ensuring KPIs are translated into actionable strategies across brand, marketing, relationships, and community.
  • Work closely with our leasing agents and asset managers to ensure centre data, consumer behaviour, and relevant trends are considered within commercial decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience of delivering financial targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis, reasoning, and synthesis, translating into meaningful interpretations and recommendations.
