The Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurses to join our team in Oswestry. As a Nursery Nurse, you will work within a supportive and dynamic early years environment, helping children grow, learn, and develop through creative play, learning activities, and nurturing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support the delivery of age-appropriate activities to promote children's development across all areas.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Help create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Requirements:
Essential:
A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
Entry-level or Level 1 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Desirable:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is an advantage, but not essential.
A good understanding of early years education and child development.
