Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced nuclear medicine imaging systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and technically motivated individual to join a global market-leader in medical imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers
  • Ensuring the efficient service, repair, and maintenance of nuclear medicine imaging systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000-£58,000, including overtime paid circa £10K on top. We also offer a pension scheme, healthcare for employee and family, home office setup, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong background working in field service or technical support roles, or as an ex HM Forces Engineer (REME, Navy, or RAF)
  • Qualifications in electronics or another relevant technical discipline
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer-facing environments
