Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Lead to join our team at the Orion Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring corporate governance and best practices across our international region.

This role requires a strong background in health and safety, with experience in developing and coaching leaders across the business. You will also need to ensure that management systems and processes are uniform across the company and support audits and investigations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification, preferably in operational health and safety, and be a certified HSE practitioner (NEOSH). This role involves international travel and requires a high level of professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with external stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in operational health and safety or related field
