Job SummaryWe are seeking a Production Operative to join our team at Manton Wood. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the production line runs smoothly, with a focus on quality and efficiency. This is a physical role that requires heavy lifting, but don't worry - we offer full training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to ensure the production line runs smoothly and efficiently
- Follow instructions and procedures to maintain high-quality products
- Understand and adhere to health and safety and basic hygiene rules
- Spot and report any problems or issues on the production line
- Work in a high-pressure environment, maintaining a strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of organization
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical strength and dexterity, capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Working knowledge of word-processing software tools
- Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
