The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction, materials, and industry, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement cost-saving strategies for property projects.
  • To negotiate contracts and tenders to ensure the best possible prices for materials and services.
  • To monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a London-based company.
