Psychological Service Senior Specialist

The successful candidate will lead innovative ways of delivering support to parents/carers, children/young people, schools, and other settings, increasing the use of consultation and focusing on gaining positive outcomes for Warwickshire's children, young people, and families.
This is a dynamic role that requires collaboration with our leadership team and partners, contributing to strategic initiatives within the Local Authority, including projects such as Emotional Based School Avoidance Pathway and Building Inclusive Schools Project.
A minimum of three years' experience in educational psychology is required. An enhanced DBS check is also necessary for this post.
The salary for this position is approximately £58,000 - £76,100 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer agile working, generous annual leave entitlement, and a valuable part of the pay and reward package for employees working in local government.
