Risk & Compliance Opportunity: QED Legal is seeking a Conflicts Assistant to join our dynamic BAU team. As a Conflicts Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and managing conflicts of interest.

Salary Information: The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, taking into account the UK's average salary for this position in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough legal and commercial analysis of potential conflicts and confidentiality issues, as well as participating in project work to enhance workflows, systems, and controls.

Essential Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have familiarity with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Code of Conduct 2019, particularly around conflicts and confidentiality, and awareness of Market Abuse Regulations (MAR). Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Intapp software are advantageous.
