About the Role
We are recruiting a Conveyancing Specialist for our New Build department in Hexham.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential property conveyancing, including Sales, Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold, and New-Build transactions.
This is a full-time position worked over 5 days, offering an estimated annual salary of £65,000 based on location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage a caseload of residential conveyancing and property matters.
- To provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- To contribute to the success of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property conveyancing.
- Excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
