Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected Legionella consultancy in the UK, seeking Water Treatment Engineers to work in Dartford/Kent area due to new contracts being signed. The consultancy has a strong industry presence and an excellent reputation for offering services in detection, monitoring, and remediation of Legionella.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain L8 compliance for Cooling towers & Cold Water Storage Tanks
  • Carry out regular cleans and disinfections of Cooling Towers & CWSTs
  • Conduct Surveys on Cooling Towers & CWSTs to identify potential risks
  • Check temperatures regularly
  • Service and maintain TMVs to ensure safe water supply
  • Clean and disinfect showerheads to prevent bacterial growth
  • Identify and rectify deadlegs to prevent water stagnation
  • Modify pipes as necessary to maintain system efficiency
  • Closed System Sampling & Analysis to detect Legionella bacteria
