Job Title: Field Service Engineer Air Conditioning

As a Field Service Engineer with Schneider Electric Norge AS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Building Management System (BMS) support to our customers. Your proactive approach and dedication to nurturing strong customer relationships will be essential in driving service digital transformation and upholding our company values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Focus: Take full ownership of your customer base, striving to meet and exceed our contractual requirements.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver best-in-class service, actively engaging with customers to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate clear and concise service reports that underscore the value of Schneider Electric's solutions.
  • System Improvements: Proactively identify and propose solutions for system improvements, upgrades, or repairs.
  • Energy and Enhancement Projects: Identify energy and enhancement projects, offering mutually beneficial suggestions and opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to Operations Managers and Sales on larger opportunities.
  • Support and Guidance: Participate in the team call-out rota and extend support to other team members whenever necessary.
Essential Skills:
  • Electrical Background: Electrical certification and substantial experience in the BMS and/or HVAC industry.
  • Field Service Experience: Proven track record in a Field Service environment with a customer-centric approach.
  • Product Knowledge: Eagerness to learn about Schneider Electric's product range and offerings.
  • Communication Skills: Positive attitude, constructive approach, and strong communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and verbal English; possession of a full driving license.
Desirable Skills:
  • System Experience: Experience with any of these systems: Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Andover Controls Infinity/Continuum, TAC Vista, Tridium Niagara AX/N4, Trend 963/IQ Vision, Siemens Desigo/CC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Delta, Distech, ISMA.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in IT.
