We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the airside HVAC sector and growing sales in conjunction with our direct sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the airside HVAC sector and grow sales in conjunction with our direct sales teams.
  • Grow the CIAT business by implementing a strategy to gain sales through the M&E sector.
  • Effective Key Account Management of nominated vertical market sectors.
  • Target and identify new/potential direct account customers (End Users, Public Bodies, Installers, M&E) &/or specification accounts (Consultants).
  • Maximise market share and increase sales revenue whilst controlling margin.
  • Work in conjunction with the current direct sales teams to gain market share and presence within the allocated sales region.

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of HVAC industry, in particular airside HVAC: Chillers, Heat Pumps, AHUs, Rooftop and FCUs.
  • Strong sales background in HVAC dealing with associated installing contractors & M&E's &/or specification consultants.
  • Ideally an HNC/HND or City & Guilds Engineering or related subject.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • IT Literate with MS Office skills.
