Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceiving, developing, and maintaining product qualification and acceptance test programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to the success of our company.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Test and Development Team Lead to develop and implement test programmes, create test specifications, and identify requirements for test jigs, fixtures, and custom test equipment. You will also provide assistance and support to lab technicians during testing activities and scrutinize test setups at internal and external lab facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceive, develop, and maintain product qualification and acceptance test programmes
  • Create test specifications that define test requirements
  • Identify requirements for test jigs, fixtures, and custom test equipment
  • Provide assistance and support to lab technicians during testing activities
  • Scrutinize test setups at internal and external lab facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical degree, and 10+ years of related engineering experience. You should also have strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as strong project management skills.

Salary and Benefits
