About the Role

We're excited to expand our operations division with graduate project delivery engineers to join our professional development programme. As a member of our team, you'll be an integral part of delivering projects, covering assisting the project engineer and manager, and gaining knowledge in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the project team to drive projects forward
  • Manage site operations, ensuring safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, timely production, and customer satisfaction
  • Write method statements and risk assessments, procure sub-contractor, labour, plant, and material resources
  • Ensure actions are carried out at the right time, by the right people, and to a controlled budget
  • Develop key relationships with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders

The graduate programme is designed to enable you to achieve professional status with relevant institutions while giving exposure to everything needed to start a successful career.
