Job Title: Young Offenders Support Worker

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.

As a Young Offenders Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to a student who presents challenging behaviours, working closely with the student, teachers, and other support staff to develop strategies to promote positive behaviour and academic success.

Requirements:
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced school environment
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the past 3 years
  • Team Teach training or willingness to attend the FREE course held by Vision for Education
  • A genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
