We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assembly Assistant to join our team at City Group Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of medical instrument sets.

  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of medical instrument sets, maintaining accurate records and proficient computer skills.
  • Ensure the kit booking system is up-to-date, recording and entering instrument sets correctly.
  • Maintain the demo booking system, adhering to relevant quality standards.
  • Handle medical instruments, inspect, and replenish after use, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Carry out internal audits as requested, reporting any discrepancies to the line manager.
  • Conduct consignment kit audits at hospital locations (1-2 visits per month), developing and maintaining relationships with sales reps and agents.
  • Perform general administrative duties, returning kit boxes to stores in an organized manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
