Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children with SEND, assisting teachers with lesson plans, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with SEND in the classroom
  • Assisting teachers with lesson plans and preparations
  • Helping to develop a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
