We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and driving store performance to its maximum potential.
  • You will lead by example, promoting a world-class customer experience and training your team to consistently deliver this standard.

  • Develop the best team possible by planning succession strategies and providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Support the delivery of meticulous store presentation, ensuring visual merchandising standards align with the Sports Direct brand.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and drive store performance through efficient use of best practices and commercial goals.
